Exchange and Returns

We strive to make every purchase at R osaua a pleasure. If for some reason the product does not suit you, you can use the exchange or return conditions.

Exchange and return within 14 days

You have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for exchange or return:

• The product has preserved its presentation: the product has no traces of use, foreign odors (perfumes, washing powder, etc.) and mechanical damage.

• All original tags and factory packaging have been preserved.

• Available settlement document.

In other cases, the return or exchange of goods is not possible. All costs associated with the return or exchange of goods of proper quality are paid by the buyer.

When terminating a purchase and sale agreement, settlements with the buyer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of their purchase.

Please note:

• Return and exchange of goods are possible only on the territory of Ukraine.

• According to the norms of the Legislation of Ukraine, bodysuits, socks, and perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange.

• Returns of goods purchased in retail stores are only possible in the same store where the purchase was made.

• For online orders, you can use the free "Easy Return " service in the Nova Poshta mobile application .

On the day of receipt of the returned product, it undergoes a quality check (1–2 days). After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the exchange or refund. The refund is made within 1–5 business days.
