Terms of order

We strive to make every purchase at ROSAUA simple, convenient and enjoyable. Below you will find information about the order process on our website.

1. Placing an order

To place an order in the ROSAUA online store:

Choose the product you like.
Check out the description, features, and available sizes.
Select the required size and click the "Add to Cart" button.
After you have finished selecting products, go to the cart.
Check the order contents and click the "Place order" button.

In the cart you can:

change the quantity of goods;
remove the product from the order;
use a promotional code or discount (if available).

2. Ordering information

To successfully place an order, you must specify:

Recipient's name and surname;
Contact phone number;
Delivery city;
Nova Poshta branch or post office;
Email address (optional).

Attention! Please check the entered data carefully. An incorrectly specified phone number or delivery address may lead to a delay in the shipment of the order.

3. Order confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you will receive confirmation to the specified phone number or email.

After payment via the MonoPay service, the order is automatically sent for processing.

4. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days in the order they are received.

After confirmation and payment, the order is prepared for shipment by the Nova Poshta delivery service.

5. Personal account

Registered buyers can view their order history, track the status of completed purchases, and place new orders faster.
