Payment methods
Online payment (Monobank). Instant payment with Visa or MasterCard. It's safe, fast, and without any fees from us.
Bank transfer. Payment by details. Please note that the order is prepared for shipment after confirmation of the funds transfer (the commission depends on your bank).
Cash on delivery (cash on delivery). Pay in cash or by card directly at the Nova Poshta branch after inspecting the goods.
Please note: When choosing cash on delivery, Nova Poshta charges a commission for the transfer of funds (20 UAH + 2% of the amount) and for the declared value (0.5% for orders over 500 UAH). These costs are always paid by the buyer.
Delivery across Ukraine
We cooperate with leading logistics companies so that you can choose the most convenient option:
New Mail
Options: branch, post office or courier delivery.
Delivery times: fast delivery in 1–3 business days.
Departure schedule: daily from Khmelnytskyi. On weekdays - after 7:00 PM, on weekends - after 3:00 PM.
Cost: according to carrier rates.
Ukrposhta
Options: delivery to the nearest branch or address delivery by courier.
Terms: shipment is carried out within 3 business days from the moment of order confirmation.
Cost: according to carrier rates.
Important for successful receipt. When placing an order, please provide accurate information: full name, current phone number and exact address or branch number. Remember that to receive the parcel you must have an identity document with you.
International delivery
We ship goods to any location in the world (except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus) via the Nova Poshta Global service.
Transit time: 5 to 14 days.
Customs fees: Please note that the receiving country may impose additional duties or taxes. These costs are governed by local law.
Terms and Conditions: International shipments are not exchangeable or refundable. We always indicate the full value of the package - this guarantees you maximum compensation from the post office in case of loss or damage.
